Magical Rainbow Unicorn
This cake was made using the Rocking Horse cake pan. It was a funfetti cake with buttercream icing. The horn was a rainbow spiral lollipop I had ordered through Oriental Trading. My daughter's birthday theme was unicorns and rainbows. She designed how she wanted the unicorn to look (mane and tail had to be rainbow, a heart needed to be on the back, and pink icing had to fit in somewhere). I painted the icing bag with red, blue, green, orange and yellow and filled with white buttercream icing to make the rainbow mane and tail.
